Who we are

For almost 100 years, Jamestown Assembly of God has sought to share the good news of God’s redemptive work through Jesus Christ to our community.

Now, as The Assembly, we continue that work with a focus on helping hurt people find wholeness and healing thorugh Jesus and gain power through the Holy Spirit to live transformed lives.

Our pastors, David & Zenetta Hewkin, served as missionaries in Croatia for three years before returning to Missouri. They have served as pastors at The Assembly since April, 2024. Their sincere belief is that Jesus’ mandate to “make disciples” means teaching others to let God speak into every aspect of their lives in order to truly become who God created them to be.
